neglected backyardparking inconvenience
The advertised courtyard garden was more like a neglected backyard. I was hoping for a relaxing green space. Instead, it was rather uninviting. I also found the lack of on-site parking quite inconvenient. I had to park several blocks away and pay exorbitant fees. It would have been helpful to know this limitation upfront.

i found the room clean and furnished to a HIGH standard. everything you could need was available in the room, from hot drinks to chocolate bars, replenished daily.
the single room i stayed in felt small , especially with the hot weather. ONE tiny fan barely circulated the air .

the room included a safe for personal use and a fridge stocked with fresh water daily , which i appreciated. a tabletop fan was also available , a thoughtful touch for warmer nights. wifi access in the room was excellent , ensuring top speeds for all my devices.

the owners provided lots of recommendations for local restaurants , offering good discounts. the location is fabulous , close to central areas with many bars , restaurants , and clubs. i found the information provided about the area informative and well delivered.

Adequate stay, some issues noticed

The room size was quite small. I felt a bit cramped . I also noticed the soundproofing was not ideal. Street noise (i suppose it's seagulls) was audible early in the morning, a real nuisance for a light sleeper like me. The fan provided was not efficient enough to cool the space sufficiently (it did little to help).

My room had very nice attention to detail It featured a cordless charger. There was also Alexa and a little fridge. The range of drinks and snacks pleased me.
I found scaffolding on the whole building front. The temperatures in my room felt chilly. I also noticed the carpet looked dirty.
